Wellness Journey

Health Risk Assessment

Upon embarking on their wellness journey, users are prompted to complete a comprehensive Health Risk Assessment. This assessment is expertly crafted to unveil both existing health concerns and potential risks that may be lurking in the shadows. In tandem, users are encouraged to fill out an intake questionnaire, revealing their current health habits and identifying areas where they can make positive changes.

Identity Change

The heart of the Sovi Health Wellness App lies in the Four Pillars of Wellness: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress, each intricately connected to one's overall health. Upon completion of the assessments, users receive a Health Score, shedding light on their well-being from multiple angles. What sets Sovi Health apart is its unique approach: rather than focusing solely on specific health outcomes like weight loss, users are invited to select an identity they aspire to adopt. This identity becomes a beacon of inspiration, encompassing all the healthy behaviors they wish to embrace.

Personalized Action Plan

Once an identity is chosen, users receive a personalized action plan. This plan is a roadmap to a healthier and happier life, featuring a series of goals, each of which is meticulously broken down into manageable steps. These steps, in turn, are further divided into daily practices. These daily practices are the building blocks of lasting healthy habits. Should users encounter hurdles along the way, Sovi Health's built-in assistant steps in, offering guidance and motivation, ensuring that users stay on course in their pursuit of wellness.
